how often do new episodes get put up?

You might have already gotten your answer in a different way, but I'll still answer:
Sadly not very often, as the previous date you see on the "!!! Episode List Update !!!" was in Dec 2013.
I'm not close to SotetAG, who uploads the episodes on YouTube. So, I can't answer for why they don't post it more frequently. Also, they might not be able to help it. The creator could be delayin' the episodes his(her)self for their own reasons.
